- Americans call it acetaminophen, the rest of the world calls it paracetamol. It’s Tylenol.
- It's more commonly known as acetaminophen. Mild pain reliever, like aspirin or Tylenol.

  It works as a multiplier for other pain meds as well. Take paracetamol combined with ibuprofen and you get the pain relief of a low level opioid like tramadol.
  
  Americans only take aspirin if they have heart problems. Generally speaking, for headaches/muscle pain we will take acetaminophen, ibuprophen, or naproxen.
