Death Stranding gets surprise Xbox Series X release

Good for them, fuck Sony
This is great news. Death Stranding is in my all time top 10 so highly recommend it to anyone tempted on Xbox.
- I bought it last year but I abandoned it after only a few hours. I have to give it another chance.
  
  Death Stranding is one of my favorite examples of how many ideas are out there to make games out of without resorting to making a game loop revolve around violence.
  
  I recently tried it and only got through the first chapter before giving up, it's just not fun to me.
  
  Eh...I struggled through the second half...it wasn't worth it. So many convoluted cut scenes to tell you what the last convoluted cut scene just said.
  
  Honestly the first few hours are a bit of a chore but keep going.
It's interesting that it specifically mentions the Series X. My understanding is that anything released on Series X must also run on the Series S.
- It's because xbox's naming scheme is fucking stupid.
- Yeah, I think this is just an oversight. It says X and S on the store page.
Play Death Stranding needs to be patient
