  • but in this election candidates openly campaigned about them and with Christians consistently winning elections very worrisome more than ever

  • abortion is illegal in most places so now there are women who are considered criminals who have committed a crime

are we including those women too as criminals?

the homeless sleeping outside are committing a crime too

should they be on this criminal list too?

Walz and Trump worked well together too but that does not mean they did something great

Resistance to the Line 3 pipeline expansion is led by Indigenous women and two-spirit people.[35] Ojibwe-led groups including Giniw Collective, Camp Migizi, Red Lake Treaty Camp, RISE Coalition, and Honor the Earth among others have been at the center of resistance.[36] Demonstrators and protesters organizing in opposition to the pipeline refer to themselves as "water protectors"[37] and follow a campaign of non-violent civil disobedience that includes direct actions.[38] Organizers aim to convince the Biden administration to revoke or suspend the pipeline project's federal clean water permit.[23] Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has not taken a firm stance on the pipeline expansion, which received federal approval under the Trump administration.[18][23]

  • US would not need as much social welfare if people were paid living wages

  • Harris is lucky to have Trump running

without Trump the Democrat's whole campaign platform would crumble

  • Harris has come out stronger on Christianity than anything else like living wages/worker's rights, environmental protections, police reform, universal healthcare

no matter who wins Jesus and the corporations will come out on top this year as always

  • both parties in the US are active in advertising the need for tighter, stronger borders to keep out those 'illegals'

most US citizens are unaware of the true reasons that are keeping the borders closed

if people moved more freely then so would ideas and other cultures and that would bring change to election results that would shake the two-party sham to its core

same reason the minimum wage is kept at $7.25 along with poor education standards

people making living wages that also have sufficient education would realize both parties are actively against the progress of the US citizens

  • if there are "uncommitted" voters then we also have "uncommitted" politicians as well

the unenthusiastic voters are looking for an enthusiastic candidate that wants change as much as they do

  • how else do you think factory/restaurant/store workers, Democrat/Republican voters, and a more malleable population get made?

takes more than just gutting the education system

  • While many mainstream Democratic candidates have backed away from the practice, both the Trump and Harris campaigns have recently been using donation pages with pre-checked recurring boxes to raise money, a CNN analysis of fundraising emails and Facebook and Instagram ads found.

because the two main parties that have stolen our country have no solid campaign platform to run on that would attract voters other than football politics and have to resort to these kinds of tactics

  • what will the Democrats do in 2028 without Trump? who will they say they are better than in the next election?

  • just because one of the choices is worst does not make the other bad choice any better

this is the kind of logic that got the US in this boat to begin with along with lowered education standards, low minimum wages, and pollution

but hey Harris is not Trump and sure that the fact she is not Trump will save us all

  • Harris is not campaigning on any issue that is important to most citizens

forgot she is going to help people who have enough income to buy house at a discount

that will help so many people and fix homelessness

  • Harris returned to familiar themes on a day of perfect Atlanta weather, describing the “opportunity economy” as one that brings down the cost of living for prescription medication, groceries and housing through anti-price-gouging initiatives, while providing financial support for new parents and entrepreneurs.

Extending Medicare coverage for home healthcare services would prevent working adults from having to quit a productive job or spend down savings to take care of aging parents. “It’s about dignity,” she said in the city’s Lakewood Amphitheater.

Harris will attend services Sunday at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, a majority-Black megachurch in the heart of Atlanta’s Black suburbs in south DeKalb county. New Birth and other large Black churches in Georgia traditionally organize a “souls to the polls” push on Sunday early voting days.

sounds like we are getting another four years of relying on Christian and corporate goodwill to fill in the gap brought on by nonliving wages and a lack of universal healthcare

nothing out of Harris about living wages, police reform like the Cop City she passed on the way to Atlanta, nothing about protecting the environment, nothing about the rise of homelessness, nothing about the senior centers here in the US that are understaffed in buildings that are not kept up

she knows nothing about having to make hard choices regarding the care of elderly parents at home just like with her summer job at McDonalds she knows nothing about going without healthcare or struggling to pay high energy costs or having to pay out of control housing costs or the out-of-control vehicle insurance costs

Harris came out as a sheep in wolf's clothing but the closer we get to elections the more we see she is just a wolf in sheep's clothing

  • What are you doing to win on Nov. 5?

    what is there to win?

neither candidate supports living wages above $15 an hour, universal healthcare, less fracking/oil, or police reform, or anything meaningful to the citizens just lots of wins for the corporations that are sponsoring this election no matter who wins

  • Harris, for her part, continues to use her middle-class upbringing and time working at McDonald’s in advertisements and stump speeches as a contrast with Trump, who had his early career started at his father’s real estate company before growing to the billionaire he is today.

    this is fake solidarity

no way that either of the two candidates have any idea of what working at a McDonald's for less than a living wage and never being able to get anywhere feels like

fuck Trump and fuck Harris and fuck their cake too
