Harris lost because she thought ultra restrictive border policies and handing out home mortgages was going to persuade voterers

It is not the voters job to embrace a progressive modern platform nor is it their job to get themselves energized over said policies

But both parties have shoved that false belief down voters throats that is the voters' faults when they fail to deliver

if Trump is not able to run again what else are the Democrats going to run on?

in the same boat plus worse than your kids not even allowed to vote either

but it was on Harris to put out a better alternative

she came out as Trump Lite with similar policies and that is what lost the election

Harris could have taken what she was given and rolled right through to a landslide victory but instead she courted Republicans and advertised the same tired old politics

don't blame the voters when Harris refused to bring more to the table other than 'Not Trump' and helping people get mortgages on overpriced real estate, and propping up the oil/fracking industry, restrictive border policy

guess people were not able to see the difference at that point and that is not on voters

at least there is a good win to be had this election

McBride has the potential to make a lot of good waves in the span of her career

if the entire system were not broken and corrupt Roe v. Wade would have been codified, we would have universal healthcare, living wages, workers' rights, better education, a police force not suppressing the citizens, we would protect the environment, Trump would not even be an option, and the Supreme Court would not be so corrupt

just because the Democrats say they are good because the Republicans are bad does not make them good and Republicans say the same shit

it is a system designed to keep the voting power out of the hands of the voters' and into the hands of electorates who decides based on what they are paid off to vote for but still allows for that illusion of voting that makes the voter feel like they have a voice

both Democrats and Republicans are already showing nationalism, disdain for human rights, identifying enemies/scapegoats, supremacy of the military, rampant sexism, controlling mass media, obsessing over national security, religion and government, for protecting corporate power, suppressing labor, has disdain for intellectuals and the arts, obsession with crime & punishment, rampant cronyism & corruption, and fraudulent elections

the Democrats have failed to come out in defense of the workers with no living wages on the table nor universal healthcare

easiest way to fix this would be to stop making voting a state by state thing

as it stands now voting registration is done by the state and not recorded federally so a person in the US who holds multiple state identifications and addressees could be signed up to vote in more than one state since no nationwide log is done just state by state ones

not the fault of the average citizen that their leaders suck just like in the US

lot of crucially needed code comes from those developers that will be noticed if removed

some of this code makes games work with proton and some have to do with drivers all needed
