his order does no good since the cop can claim terry stop which gives the officer the ability to make up a reasonable suspicion which includes anything

our last president supported segregation, Trump, Obama who had one who supported segregation as vp, bush, clinton, bush, reagan, carter, ford, nixon, johnson

no black and brown communities just communities with people living in them and until we all realize this the issues will not even begin to be solved
