I'm very thankful for our electoral system.

And here's the thunder.

The barometer's dropping and my migraine's rising. Storm probably incoming. Or rain anyway.

Thanks :) He's been dropped off now so someone else can deal with his small sad noises.

I'm trying to explain to the cat that he can't have breakfast because the nice vet is going to give him medicine to go to sleep and do some special scans.

He's just looking at me with his trusting little face, like ok that's fine but can we have chicken now please? I did tell you I'm hungry?

I'd like the horsies to have their own party in a nice field where they can chill out with delicious grass. Maybe a sneaky horse cocktail.

Just got a call for an interview next week from a job that closed a month ago. I'd assumed they didn't want me and moved on. Job hunting is so weird.

Extreme pollen again tomorrow and then 35 degrees on Wednesday. I should do all of my errands today but I seem to be moving very slowly.

It's not too late. Still gorgeous out.

The pollen today is super fun. I think my face is actually exploding.

In my dream someone was making breakfast cocktails. Something with blitzed pears.

My cup of tea is fine, but I could totally go a fancy pear cocktail.

I mean they're pretty tasty. I don't buy them because I eat too many.

Also- remember to drink the tea.

The fluffy boi has been having testing on his kidneys, and the vet's incidentally found a serious heart condition. Poor little chicken. More expensive tests that I can't really afford to follow.

I've lost my voice. And I'm running an event that requires me to basically talk all weekend. This'll be interesting.

Oh that all sucks, I'm sorry. Can you at least take a day or two off work? It'd give you some space to process and minimise the idiots while your tolerance is low.

The Aldi Yogo is delicious. So much better than the original, which is already pretty good.
