Dude... I am saying this from the most unobjective place I can possibly manage. That was was of the most difficult and annoying things I've watched in a very long time. It honestly felt like watching a rational adult deal with his children complaining they can't have a sleepover or something.

I am shocked that A) the White House wanted that embarrassment broadcast and B) zelensky actually remained remarkably calm.

Man what annoying people to talk with lol I'm trying so hard to see this from a different perspective but I can't even fathom how that could be seen as anything other than rude and embarrassing.

He's already said that he will not release this information. I'm not sure why this is surprising anyone. They're releasing stuff that was already out there. None of this is new and there won't be anything new at least until the next administration if ever.

I mean for me personally yeah but it definitely seems like people/organizations are finding a way to fact check the crap out of this. The top five biggest contracts on their previous iteration of this have all been removed or heavily revised because they were called out for being inaccurate and they capitulated. I've already seen reports showing the same thing with a lot of the new ones.

It seems like their new strategy is just to not list the biggest savers and just talk about it because the wall of receipts no longer comes close to the value saved they were claiming.

There is zero chance. I think the only thing that would happen would be he would just shut down all in person meetings in front of a camera. Just like he does with news organizations or press people he doesn't like... He just cries "they treat me badly" and bans them from the White House If something makes him look or feel bad he just shuts it down.

With most things like this, I truly, honestly think the man is just too dumb to carry out what he's accused of. Now, stupidity is absolutely not an excuse to get you out of the dumb shit you've done (in fact, it now seems to be a prerequisite for his position along with being incredibly wealthy and comically old), but I don't think he's behind a lot of these elaborate plans he's accused of.

I think at the end of the day, he's just a very old, very rich, incredibly gullible and dumb man who is very easily controlled by those around him.

I mean I do not understand it but there are a lot of people that absolutely do. A shockingly high number.

At this point I legitimately wouldn't be surprised if he just said no, fired the judge, appointed his own, and then got whatever the hell verdict he wanted and absolutely no one would say anything other than what a "massive win" he got in the courts

This is probably my biggest gripe with that argument. So, so many people harp on kids and pretty much anyone playing a ton of video games. Then they just sit there and watch movies or the news or scroll social media for hours and hours but somehow that's magically totally fine and different.

You're totally right. I shouldve said that the majority of voters voted for this circus and from what I can tell still very much support it.

Over half the country voted for this. Over half the country thinks he's doing Lord's work and is finally making America great again. He's not getting arrested unless he does something way, way worse than this

Look we're wasting our hard earned tax payer money on crazy fraudulent things like science, education, weather, feeding children, helping the poor, medicine... Dumb things like that. And you're gonna tell me that changing the name of a body of water to include the greatest God damn country in America is a waste? Next thing you know you're gonna stand there and tell me that poor people should be able to afford a hospital visit.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. There's so many comments on there being like "oooooh they didn't expect her to have that much evidence. Get WRECKED libs." How can anyone see that and genuinely think any evidence of any type of fraud was provided in any way? Like the reporter immediately said afterwards, this all just looks like spending that they don't like and somehow that proves it as fraudulent.
