I don't think I've been to a breakfast place that doesnt serve maple syrup with any of these.
With that being said tho, I never order any of these while I'm out to eat either because all of it in the US is low quality garbage oversaturated with sugar.
I always thought I disliked waffles until I was drunkenly peer pressured into ordering one in Brussels. Ugh. So good!
In our current campaign, that's what my husband does with his rogue buddy.
They are constantly giving each other advantage, firing off a shot, and then hiding. It's very effective.
Meanwhile I'm clumsily muddling through as a Druid because I wanted to venture out and try something new, because I usually go for a simple Fighter. I am not good at strategizing my spells 😂
It's a habit I picked up in basic training. We had 50 girls to 12 shower heads, and we really didn't get much time for all of us to shower at all in the first couple weeks (the time constraint was relaxed after a bit though)
The tooth brushing deal though I think was because our TI would find the tiniest speck of water in the sinks after lights out and absolutely lose his shit. So we only used the sinks to wash our hands, so we didn't accidentally leave toothpaste in the bowl of the sink and miss it while cleaning up for the evening.
Either way, it's just a habit that's stuck with me through the years.
I mean, I'm a Blue voter here who will leave the moment my work contract is up.
At this point, I've also thrown up my hands and been like "Fuck it. Those of us who tried, tried. Texas deserves what it gets."
I'll keep voting Blue until I bounce somewhere else, but idk how else you want us to feel. It's like screaming into a void here. Abbott had already pushed the 6 week "heartbeat bill", before he got re elected in 2022. That didn't scare Texans then.
I mean, again, my top priority is women's rights. New Jersey has no limit on abortion.
When Haley was Governor of South Carolina, abortion was banned after 20 weeks.
I'm assuming you have different priorities. I just want people to know Haley's endorsements from when she was actually serving, and not base all their thoughts on her debates right now.
She's coming off too moderate. She's been really good at politicking. She's not an idiot.
That's pretty impossible for me to answer because I prioritize the issues in a ranked way to narrow down my candidates, and none of the current Republican candidates are worthy of my vote at all.
Above all else, my number one priority, before anything else, is women's rights.
I suppose if you're putting a gun to my head, I would have said Chris Christie but he dropped out earlier this week.
So if I were a Republican, I just wouldn't vote. I'd sit this one out.
Oh anyone sane is welcome to seek refugee status in the US. I just feel like the majority of idiots are currently located in these two states, so it'd be easier to save the few with braincells left and then cut the land mass off like a cancerous tumor.
The remaining population will enjoy it, being their own "independent countries" while not having to worry about those inconvenient things like women and LGBTQ+ people accessing Healthcare. Then they can be free to enjoy all the oppression that God intended.
Her voting history while she was serving in South Carolina says otherwise.
People should really know the bills she endorsed on things like abortion, immigration, and LGBTQ+ rights.
One of the shorter excerpts from her wiki:
"Haley has stated that, as a daughter of immigrants, she believes the immigration laws should be enforced.[53] She voted in favor of a law that requires employers to be able to prove that newly hired employees are legal residents of the United States, and also requires all immigrants to carry documentation at all times proving that they are legally in the United States."
I am very confused at how people on the "whitepeopletwitter" instance are angry about a joke at a white person's expense?
