Who do they mean when they say US? I’m an American and I’ve seen plenty of evidence.

It means the US War Department, who has been funneling weapons to Israel for them to use in their genocide of Palestinians, have investigated themselves and found they have done nothing wrong.

I think there's a dial up modem in these US government officials' brains, since it takes too long to load what's going on in the world.

They know perfectly well, what's going on, they just have different priotities. It so happens the state of Israel is important to advance US geopolitical interests in the region. And so that's that.
