I’m not new here. Lemmy Is very fickle with a lot of specific words. I’m just trying to figure out which ones those are here. Maybe that’s it. They never heard of MKBHD and think I posted an ad.

I agree it’s not important. I’m more curious than anything. I have a running buzz word list that I know will incite down votes and anger. I’m guessing Samsung is now on that list. Or I’ll find out when I post a MKBHD video again and it’s about some foss only custom rom capable phone and it’s still downvoted. 

It would be great to know, in my opinion, for future reference. I can’t wrap my head around why it would even be downvoted lol.

Mind at least referencing your daily driver after saying that? I shared the video because I love learning about damn near every device that comes out. He references the price in the review.

Also reply to my question if possible. You’re downvoting because you aren’t in the market for a new device?

Weird, never know how Lemmy’s going to react to a post. The people who downvoted… do you mind chiming in as well? Is Samsung on the buzz word list? Is it because I didn’t use piped? Is it because MKBHD is black? It’s a well done review. I’m very curious.

I hear you and understand where you’re coming from now. It just doesn’t help me visualize anything.

When I left android, I was jailbreaking on iOS, so generally had all of those features, but funny enough probably about right when you left extensions, VPN ad blockers, etc. came out. Officially and polished.

I have both of those capabilities right now and I have for a very, very long time.

OK you’re speaking from a completely different point of view then. I was more curious about what I would be missing out on using Safari right now. Definitely not thinking about how a project I paid somebody to create is going to render.
