  • You will never convince me there is any excuse for declaring somebody’s language my intellectual property is a justifiable thing on any level.

Nobody did that. Do you think Merriam Webster is copyrighting the English language by publishing a dictionary? Do you think they don't hold the copyright to their dictionary?

  • "My grandmother was paid to recite material, it's literally theft of my heritage that I, her grandchild, do not own the distribution rights to that specific recording"

If they were trying to copyright the stories or the language that would be one thing but it's just their recordings and material they've produced. He probably shouldn't have used his position at the school as part of his slander campaign if he didn't want to risk losing it. If there was no professional misconduct then his licensure isn't at much risk.

All he had to do to avoid consequences was not double down on saying "a non-profit paying someone to talk into a microphone is literally theft in a criminal sense". If he wants to ignore a reasonable cease and desist so he can continue to lie about a nonprofit he should pay his own legal fees about it.

  • “No matter how it was collected, where it was collected, when it was collected, our language belongs to us. Our stories belong to us. Our songs belong to us,” Taken Alive,

Ok sure you can say that but when somebody receives payment in exchange for being recorded reciting a story signs over the rights to the recording you, the grandchild of the person who actually did the performance for the recording, do not own the rights to that recording.

If you actually read the SDDE complaint (link from the fundraiser or the C&D they're pretty damning. This guy sucks, don't give him money.

*You should especially not give him money because this legal fund is for a hearing that happened a year ago and he never turned off the fundraiser lol

  • Yeah that's incredibly rude to waste that much of someone's time because you're too selfish to just pay attention to the road. 'I want to look at my phone for 10 more seconds so I'm going to make a stranger lose 3 minutes of their day' is absurdly selfish.

  • The president can make a public statement saying "I believe that marijuana should not be a scheduled drug".

The president can appoint a DEA administrator who is on record saying that they believe cannabis should not be a scheduled drug.

He did neither of those things, and you claimed that he did. Maybe scroll up if you forgot. Either back the claim or stop replying.

    *Jesus christ he cannot read.

  • Please give me 1 example of Biden encouraging his DEA to deschedule cannabis because I can't find one and doubt it exists.

*downvoting me won't make that statement exist. 2022 Biden statement on marijuana reform Notable absence: "marijuana should not be on the CSA list of scheduled drugs". Interesting inclusion: 'LSD is a good example of what should be a schedule 1 drug'

  • Being happy with too little too late is exactly why climate change is going be as catastrophic as it will be so I really don't get how that makes your case. If biden wanted to he could have pressured the dea to deschedule cannabis completely. He didn't. The DNC hates to lose one of the carrots from their stick.
