  • Doesn't it play fine with the new game porting toolkit thing Apple has now?

  • Depends on the instance, some are well-prepared and can expand storage depending on the traffic, so I think they'll be fine. People are already posting a lot of images, but it is a good idea to try and link to other sources rather than stress the servers.

  • Noita is a great one. Making a randomly generated world this consistent while simulating a million particles and not having it collapse on itself is really cool.

Despite the fact that I don't like No Man's Sky very much, its procedural generation is also pretty impressive. Planets have a lot of variety to them. It's a very pretty game.

  • Looks decent compared to other modern Pixar movies, but nothing they've shown about it looks exciting. I think this'll be another skip from me.

  • I would be cautious too if I were a sub owner and guiding people to an alternative honestly. Lemmy and Kbin both are relatively unstable right now, even if they are pretty good. Waiting a little to see which instances are more stable and likely to last is a good move before planting people somewhere and making an official replacement sub.

  • 196 is an older subreddit that has no rules except one: you have to post an image before leaving. A lot of posts are titled "rule" as in they're following the rule by posting something.

Obviously it's more of a joke than a serious rule, so it's quickly devolved into a place for random assortments of memes and weird images.

  • I really need to get back into LoR and continue to terrorize people with Teemo. Subbed!
