  • to this i'd like to add that when i browse there sometimes i keep seeing people saying things like "this is reddit libs are everywhere" "this is reddit even slight conservatism will make people call for a death sentence" or "this is reddit you can't say anything non-progressive" and those are getting many upvotes, whilst anything said that'd paint you as anywhere left of centre will get you downvoted.

it seems like the conservatives have taken over and yet they still feel like they're surrounded

  • hi that's me, i was one of the many students. usually at least 30min before though as we often got warned that the submission servers could be slowed down around the deadline itself so i didn't want to risk it

why? adhd. i am close to incapable of starting a task if it's not urgent. it's not fun but forcing my brain to not do that is actual hell

  • it may not matter at all, but we're here, somehow, made of sentient flesh, kept on a giant rock hurling through space, spinning around an enormous buring ball of fire. it's all bizarre and none of us knows what is going on, so why not take some time out of the lives we live as statistical abnormalities, and just ponder on the whys and hows and whats of the things around us, and our own minds

  • it's a lighting in a bottle kind of experience, enjoy! there's a high chance that game will lodge itself inside your brain forever, refusing to be forgotten (even though you'd really like to play it for the first time again)

  • there's always the possibility the one queer person just pretended not to see and let it happen because it's funny. but the way to prevent this is to hire at least two queer people, then once you see them giggling to each other after the meeting you'll know something is up
