  • And that's how disinformation killed the Information Age.

Edit: Come on. You lot shouldn't need my help finding a verifiable source yourselves. If there's so many articles on it, I'm sure you can find at least one verifying the source without my help. Or you can subscribe to an ad populum fallacy and believe a mass of articles presenting no actual evidence. You'll find the answers to the questions you ask me with your own initiative. I believe in you!

  • That's like having sympathy to the fall of Eagle's Nest. Your humanity has ironically lost its way, lest you are in support of thousands murdered technically unfortunately dead with no recourse or solution to stop the killings.

  • I thought this image had already been vehemently claimed as not the guy, in order to stop putting this guy at risk.

Internet must stop chasing updoots as a priority over chasing the right information.

  • They do it with fingerprints, genetic samples, and statements... But over all the decades, mugshots its too far!

I think people forget that we used to have everyone's names, addresses, and phone numbers delivered for free to our doorsteps.

  • To my knowledge, there's no evidence to suggest child soldiers being sent in. But you could do the classic, "Yes I'm eighteen" as your voice cracks. I'm sure there's a greater chance than most other nations of it sliding through.

Make sure you gain a shitload of intel before making your move. It would be far more valuable than anything you could manage with a gun at that age, this making a massive impact.

  • Our species' weakest are inexplicably scared of everything. It might've been a useful trait at times in the forgotten past, but we've evolved a lot.

It's one of those traits reserved for "persons of special consideration", if you know what I mean.

  • I feel that way about most films with Ferrell, Sandler, and Stiller. So silly and stupid that they work so light-heartedly well. You just know the set laughed their asses off plenty of times in production.

  • Yeah, but they're the same old teachings of every other religion before Christianity. You gotta remember it's super-duper young compared to most others. Every modern religion just gets the same old human morals we had before religions and bundles up a bunch of really bad shit with them so they seem good.

If any of its true, the greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing people he was God.

  • I block communities I don't want to see and add keywords to filter, so Trump and Elon never appear.

I have a loooooooong list of blocked communities, users, and keywords. But recently I've started adding tags to users, instead of blocking, so whenever they obnoxiously appear again, they're expressing their profoundly stupid thoughts with a custom title that makes me chuckle.

Also, blocking .ml was a game changer.

  • So instead... You look at the situation in disbelief, cursing, complaining, scoffing. Then you see a comment line and realise it's your code from two years ago and you had the audacity to put your name to it like it might be a legacy worth preserving one day.
