Bazooka Tooth over all of aes' other work?

If you remotely enjoyed the series, the books are even better.

I know that's a trope, but it rings especially true with the expanse.

The final three books are great and deal with stuff the show didn't delve into (much).

I knew about the big three, but weapon composition never crossed my mind (in terms of matchmaking queue time).

Obviously I knew they do their best to balance teams with skill and weapons, it just never fully clicked.

On the notion of batteries, I have a new, galaxy watch 4 LTE. With mobile network always on and everything else off (Bluetooth, wifi, location) I'm getting 16hrs of battery.

Is that expected?

Yeah, I'd say things pick up pretty nicely in the next few books. I was driven by figuring out wth the ring's point was and also wanted to know more about the protomolecule in general.

I found book 7 to be tough to get through. I've barely been able to put down book 8 though. I can't wait for 9. I think everything up to book 8 was pretty solid with 8 (so far) being amazing. I've got ~100 pages left, so maybe that will change.
