id guess a lot went into designing a solar cell that could take being heated to 167F without losing efficiency or breaking. I think most common house solar panels have a temperature coefficient listed on their datasheet that measures how much its ability to generate power decreases per every degree above 77F

Yeah its absolutely wild. Even Louis Rossman has done some videos about the military's lack of right to repair. Its insane to me that you'd buy a multi-billion dollar jet like the F-35, and legally be unable to repair it without calling in (and paying a hefty service contract for) someone from Lockheed or Pratt and Whitney to troubleshoot it. the Metal Gear Solid games on the PS1 and PS2 are still wonderful games. The controls may be a bit clunky, coming from modern games, but you get used to it after a while. (There's some things you will have to look up on the internet in MGS1 because they require information from the CD case lol)

I use Syncthing to sync plain text notes between my PC and phone. I have a private syncthing relay running on my NAS so it'll only sync when I'm connected to my home network. AFAIK, even if you've got global discovery on and are using the public relay network, your data is encrypted in transport.
