Yep, we released an album recently that you can find on any streaming platform :)
Dreams Don't Come True - Cousin In Law.
Doesn't feature any of my songs, but I wrote some guitar parts and do some backing vocals. Hoping to finish recording and release some of my own stuff later this year (maybe... I really hope so haha)
Totally. Lockdowns really highlighted the importance of music to me.
Oh man that's a trickier question than it seems. I recently got a dunlop wah (coz MJ lenderman) and a TC digital delay so figurin out how thosd work for me.
Have one grungy song with an Opamp Muff and then a Boss Chorus over that during an arpeggiated section. I like that.
Mostly listen and play Indie/alt rock.
Yessir. Only been taking it a bit more seriously in last few years and joined a band. Been super fun. The world of pedals seemed too serious and daunting 2 years ago 😅 for some reason, but yeah, been really enjoying exploring that side of things.
This is less to do with single-use plastics, but plastic is often a really good option from a functional POV. It doesn't conduct heat like metal, it doesn't break like glass/ceramics and has better moisture resistance than timber. (Not saying plastic couldn't be replaced a lot of the time, but some times it's a frustratingly good option).
In terms of complete single-use plastic replacement, I'm not sure, but would also be interested. I'd hope it's mostly possible.
I mean... just gonna go out on a limb here and guess that the expression exists because within the history of every book ever released, there would be some fantastic books with absolute stinkin' covers.
Yes, covers are there to help you judge a book. But if that was the only metric you used, you would miss out on some good reads.
Tee Nuts are annoying coz there are also T Nuts, which are used in aluminium extrusion channels. And there's also Tea Nuts which are nuts you put in tea if you are low on iron.
I'd say it's used semi frequently in skate photography. Typically a close shot with a wide lens. The tilt might be to realign the viewer with the skaters body position and show the extreme angle of the trick.
I'm a daily rider/commuter by motorcycle and I'd love to get an electric bike. I don't think I'd miss shifting gears at all, but (and I've been thinking about this) I think I'd like to have some kind of electric "clutch" that doesn't work at all like a regular clutch but performs a similar function. In this case it would adjust the throttle map. Clutch full in = throttle does nothing. Clutch full out = aggressive or linear throttle map. I have not actually ridden any of the high end e-motos to know if this is necessary, but in my mind I would miss the ability to feather the clutch.
Generally I try to have a creative, hands-on project on the go. Lately that's been rebuilding a guitar, but it could be designing something on the computer.
Otherwise; playing guitar, gardening, practice putting (disc golf). So I guess hobbies.
