I was in a similar situation. A few weeks after I got hired, the project I was hired for was cancelled, so they "benched" me.

I spent three months being paid to do whatever I wanted, didn't even need to go to the office. It was nice at first, but I felt useless and miserable after a couple of months.

This made me understand why some people keep working long after they have enough to retire.

That actually happened with a former coworker of mine, the clumsiest person I've ever met. (Me being the second one)

One of the bathrooms at the hotel we were staying at had a mirror covering the entire wall. Of course the clumsy guy tried to walk into the mirror, bashing his face. It was hilarious!

IMO, the Vita is the best platform for playing Hotline Miami.

Also, a good chunk of the PS1 and PSP libraries are compatible with the Vita, so it's worth trying out some classics. I still boot up my Vita once in a while just to play Symphony of the Night.

That's a similar concept to a game called Trillion God of Destruction, in which you need to train waifus fighters to defeat a monster with 1 trillion HP. Chipping away his HP each attempt, but killing the girl in the process.

Yeah, I think it was in Assassin's Creed 2. At the time, people were unable to play the single player game they bought at launch because Ubisoft shitty authentication service couldn't handle the load.

The best thing about this gen so far is the rise of handheld PCs, like the Steam Deck and ROG Ally. I mostly play on the Deck nowadays, while the PS5 gathers dust.

That's a fair point. Just like Malenia being hidden away behind multiple layers of secrets. It's content made only for the hardest of the hardcore fans.

That's fair. I hope they tone down the difficult in the sequel. I was able to get through the base game, but the extra content is just way too difficult.

I read about it over a decade ago. Something about the game being difficult to emulate because of it. Now I can't find anything :(
