So many questions....so little desire to have that in my search history.

I used to drive for a living and all night long I would listen to podcasts and audiobooks. I really enjoy spy, military, and sci-fi. So I've listened to a ton of spy and military books with Russian characters. Eventually I started trying to impersonate different voices and got really good at the Russian and Scottish voices.

My Scot doesn't really fool anyone, but I've got a few people now with the Russian voice. It also helps that the Russian accent most people know if the one American actors use in TV and film. I'm sure anyone who knew what a real Russian accent sounded like would know instantly.

I guess we're all different, my lips definitely touched when saying one. There's got to be an outlier for everything I guess.

Thank you. I read as much as I could before remembering I need to get a vasectomy. Eh, we all have our slang at that age, I don't have kids so I don't need to understand it.... which is good because I don't.

We have a jewelry store in town that is by appointment only. During the day there's always a high end car parked at the back of the store but you never see anyone in there. When my buddy was getting ready to propose he tried calling to get an appointment and it went straight to voicemail with a message that said private clients only and then beeped. He left a message but never heard back. I've never met anyone who has seen anyone go in or come out of that place.

I know I'm old and I'm not meant to understand most of these, but someone please explain Ohio.

I wanted to be a pro wrestler in my teens, I hung around with local wrestlers and did ring crew work from time to time when a show was local. Eventually they started giving me some training and let me tell you it takes a lot of athletic ability to make those moves look good without injuring the other person.

Just because the outcome is predetermined doesn't mean the lead up to the outcome isn't an athletic competition. They are competing in that ring, it's just that they are competing for a chance at a belt and earning the belt is the equivalent of a promotion in the workplace. Champions get better pay and more opportunities.
