  • Then care that those who get rich selling toys to billionaires try to blame it on the small people, the crew who I guess wasn't rich at all. The crew died as well and now their families have to deal with the yacht maker dragging them through the mud.

    Care about the crew.

  • I can think of a few that I would want others to read. None of them are "feel good" stories and all get you out of your comfort zone a bit.

"Know my Name" by Chanel Miller.

    • about how being assaulted by Brook Allen Turner behind a dumpster at Stanfort University changed and impacted her life.

"The White Rose: Munich 1942-1943" by Inge Scholl

    • about Hans and Sophie Scholl and their student resistance group 'Die weisse Rose', their arrest and execution by the Nazi regime.

"I Am a Girl From Africa" by Elizabeth Nyamayaro

    • Humanitarian and award-winning Activist, about her journey from a starving child in Zimbabwe, saved by a UN aid worker, to executive director for UN Women.
  • Deuter backpacks.

In many years of backpacking I never met someone who had trouble or regrets with a deuter bag.

I broke one of the steel rods in mine after years of heavy use and clearly by my own fault and way out of any manufacturer responsibility and they just replaced it for free. I just asked if there is any way to get spare parts and they were like "Here you go, have a good trip."

Besides that, you have put in serious effort or serious stupidity (in my case) to break them at all. Especially normally easily breakable parts like clasps and zippers, are super sturdy.

  • Do you have to degrade trans people and people who dress outside the gender norm and imply that drag is or should be illegal? And imply what this asshole does (fucking trafficking minors) is as bad as drag?!

Your comment either targets the wrong people in an attempt to shot at Tate or your opinions about drag are lowest level.

  • And by the way. You ARE responsible and need to help cover the vet bills.

For the law alone, you damaged another person's property.

From the moral standpoint, you insured someone's pet, a living being. You have absolutely a moral obligation to take responsibility.

And as a parent, you have a moral obligation to teach your children to take responsibility for your actions and mistakes. Even if it cost you.

  • In such cases you normally get an upated terms of service notification.

If you are in the EU new regulations now demand, that the costumer actively has to agree with updated terms. Otherwise its normally just a notification with a small print ->if you don't object you automatically agree.

  • You are not alone in this. The first book is awful. It made me doubt my english reading comprehension. Everybody hates it.

It's unfortunate, that such a great series starts off with the worst book, not only of the series, but imo of all of Kings books.
Somehow the real story starts (for me) with the second book. The first is more of a world introduction, a world building tool. And otherwise quite irrelevant.

I urge you, to give the second book (The drawing of the three) a chance. You won't regret it, because if you disregard the first book, the series is fantastic.
