what does it matter whether it's not korea. what matters is, if it's good. there is lot of good kpop and ppl around the world enjoy it. isn't the idea of broadcast to hear new or exotic things? otherwise, you could just listen to your own music collection over and over.

i'm not saying it's a problem btw.. i gamble with stocks myself. it's just silly fun if you have some spare change

stocks are only sold after the company is up and running. it has nothing to do with building anything. the money raised by the IPO is usually blasted away in top manager fees in the following coupla years.

no, the share price doesn't reflect the worth of a company, but the worth of the shares. if all shares just suddenly vanished, the company would still be there and still be worth the same. the share price may just increase the money they can make by emitting more shares.

IMO with stocks, one is only responsible when buying from an IPO or other emissions directly from the company. otherwise the buyers money goes to another investor, not the company. at least unless one buys enough that votes actually make a difference.

Trump was also in Home Alone 2. Maybe it's a bit of a red flag when rich people squeeze themselves into movies.

there's a person who always comments half correct stuff with some error in it about linux or programming and i got somehow blocked from seeing their comments, because someone probably thought i downvoted them out of a feud or something.

i imagine, if that also happened to others, that person will only ever get upvotes and agreement on their partially wrong comments.

i do this and i block/filter sources that give too much stuff i don't want to see, like the 196*
