These companies need diversity to build the companies to where they are and then dump them when it's no longer convenient.

We hired a DBA that put a read lock on a production database table and went out to lunch.

lol let me be clear, I'd be upset if I get thrown in too and I've been on losing streaks as well where I just couldn't get it going for one reason or another.

I guess it does make sense from their perspective for player retention? But I agree with your guys sentiment overall, I would have hoped they'd not opt people with a certain number of hours into this.

I'm a software engineer and you got any sources for this? We use ChatGPT and Copilot and stuff and it helps but it doesn't seem as dire as what you're saying from what I can see? At least not yet.

Fearmongerers have put a stigma against it. You're one of those "sheeple" that gets "vaccinated". What's horrible is a lot of fearmongerers themselves mask up privately and get vaccinated.

I dunno man, whistleblowers aren't getting good treatment from what I see. Two got "suicided" last year from Boeing and OpenAI. The two Theranos whistleblowers were treated really poorly. I felt so bad for them. They're doing talks on ethics and stuff and I only wish them the best. They stood their ground on what they believed in.

Telling a voter that to help climate change at a very small individual level they could make sure their car tire PSI is up to the recommended level.
