I've had beef wellington a quite few times and even at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It's nice but like, it's not THAT good in my opinion. My palate is probably unrefined but it's some good roast beef and pastry seems just like they're showing off.
I think Josh Johnson has a killer bit on this, but in it, he was talking about how the news corporations and CEOs and people were horrified to learn that the people are seeing them for how they see us.
We don't see them as human, just like how they don't see us as human.
He didn't suffer as much as the pain he's inflicted upon others. He also didn't bankrupt his family in the process.
I can't say this is the way I want society to run ..... but quite frankly I think we're all sick of pretending that killing someone with a pen is any different than killing someone with a gun.
When I went to school in Sheffield, UK we had a course for religion. I think it was obviously just the major ones and I got grouped into 'non-relgious' where we studied other religions. I'm assuming it's probably without the piety and single-focus of the other classes, but I can only assume.
I also think there's value in learning other religions due to their connection with history and the arts and stuff.
Yup. As many failures as Harris has had, it doesn't come close to the amount of insanity it takes to justify a vote for Trump. Around half of the American voters have failed America and to me, there's no one else to blame.
Yeah but like, it's a bit crazy that the right has: Fox News, OAN, NewsMax (or whatever it's called), Joe Rogan Experience (gateway drug/sanewashing), Benny Shaps network, X, Truth Social, Prager U, Tim's Pool, right wing radio, and lots of other smaller shops and they all seem to claim corporate media is the worst and they're all here to tell you the truth.
