Uninstall apps then use YouTube via mobile browser.

The experience is just not as seamless, which makes it easier to disconnect.

I did something similar with Reddit, I also have Adblock setup on mobile with a custom rule to block Reddit.com. So if I do want to go on reddit, I specifically need to open the Adblock app and go through menus to enable it again.

And a more abstract answer, find something else to spend your time on.

It’s kinda correct in that it’s full of right wingers and also lefties, although the scales have been quickly shifting.

Genuine question though, what social media platform is better at being central?

Yeah, I do wonder about giving that another go.

It kinda bothers me that they didn’t at least go all in with switching up the story.

At this point the whole “assassin’s creed” part kinda holds the narrative and story back, I think they should just drop it entirely and have each game be its own thing.

I loved the assassin thing when I was 12, but it’s kinda cringe now.

Black flag was good, everything after has disappointed me in one way or another.

Assassins creed has been consistently disappointing me since Black Flag.

AC2 used to be my favourite game and the modern titles are unrecognisable. They’re all just a bunch of generic, drawn out, mass appeal, play it safe bollocks.

Because he also said he thinks it’s going to change the world, he just hates the marketing BS that’s overhyping it.

Probably because, as anyone who’s actually used AI knows, it has some core weaknesses. But the marketers are happy to gloss over that lie and just say that it will be able to do nearly anything.

He said it’s interesting, but to give it five years to see how it’s actually useful, which is probably the most sane take you can have about AI imo.

Stephen King has written a lot of books, and a lot of shops promote those books far more than others.

This is just a nice way to give other authors a bit of promotion, I think even Stephen King himself wouldn’t be opposed to this.
