  • Republicans get large chunks of what they want without a majority like that in Congress on a regular basis. If they can do it so could Democrats. They choose not to. There's no shortage of convenient scapegoats but there is a massive shortage of meaningful action.

  • Ok sure, but what's one other thing they're focused on that actually helps regular Americans? Biden is pardoning his family members, Pelosi is grinding the gears of progress to a halt with her withered corpse, most of the rest of the DNC are wringing their hands about the past or apparently daydreaming about birds, who knows what the fuck Kamala is up to, and Republicans are gearing up to put a bunch of sexual predators in charge of various government agencies.

Ukraine seems to be getting some money so that's nice I guess. Is there something useful to the American people that I'm missing?

  • Non-voters don't matter as far as the political system we're discussing is concerned so why do we spend so much time talking about them? How many of them there are and the reasons they don't vote are both entirely irrelevant.

  • That nothing will change until a stronger response than "it's too bad Republicans have a tendency to spread misinformation" is made. We've known that to be a big problem for at least a decade and yet we categorically refuse to do anything about it. If government won't address it then perhaps it's time for more direct citizen involvement in the solution. I'll leave the specifics of that suggestion to your imagination but I will say that social media execs have a very similar view to health insurance executives regarding the responsibility their industry has to address the damage they cause to society as a whole.

  • The size may not be uncommon but I don't think it would be controversial to say that most women with boobs that size don't look like her. I don't really get the point of the rest of that article though. They're acting like it's some jealously guarded secret that a lot of dudes are into big boobs. I feel like that is a pretty widely publicized fact lol

  • It's an interesting concept but no way I would play that. Building a career is a boring concept on its own. I don't want to emulate someone else doing something I wish I didn't have to do in real life.

  • Bernie's Medicare For All plan has been out there close to a decade now and I would argue that proposal is a huge part of his popularity. Democrats knew that and they told him, and by extension his supporters, to go fuck themselves. They know people want this but they don't care.
