Is this guy trying to suggest that oxygen is bad? In his case I would agree that it's probably not a habit worth maintaining but generally speaking I tend to find oxygen to be rather agreeable
I wanted to do an Office Space/Waiting style show but set in the big box retail world.
At university my roommate was in a media, and one of the things they had to do was to come up with a show and actually produce an episode of it. Anyway his idea was comedy set in ikea, I genuinely think it would have worked.
It's all about creating a story that's believable within the rules of the setting. So within the rules of sci-fi faster than like travel is perfectly reasonable. Hell it might even actually be physically possible we don't know.
But musicals don't really do that, they don't really explain why suddenly everybody is singing in perfect harmony despite apparently having never practised, it just happens and no explanation is forthcoming.
Well for starters I wouldn't make the containment system an electric fence, have an electric fence by all means but have some physical metal rods as backup. Also maybe don't make the dinosaurs bulletproof.

If you put high voltage electric fences around humans they're pretty well contained. The intelligence level of the dinosaurs was never relevant but the movie did kind of try and suggest that somehow the velociraptors were special simply because they were mildly more intelligent than the rest.
They made a big thing about how raptors can open doors, my cats can open doors.
