  • Cooking by weight is superior. Tell all your friends! (I do).

  • I know this will be a popular response, but I don’t get it.

I just use a pot and the rice is always perfect? Not hard at all? Am I just good?

  • If only they would listen to the hundreds of requests for a flatpak…

I use it too and have for years.

  • I guess it depends where you live, but I’d be worried about heat/freezing.

  • Uh what? Lots of Linux users also use cloud services.

Pretty easy to use something like Cryptomator with almost any service and maintain privacy.

Self hosting can be great; it can also be a pain.

  • I made my old brother a wifi printer with the help of a raspberry pi.

  • I printed a ton of documents in university with a black and white brother laser printer. All my notes were always printed, for example.

Still have it over a decade later.

  • I mean many people come from Toronto/GTA and Toronto is very diverse. May be simple as that.

    Are you local?

  • Fair question though. Should only allow one or the other.

  • Now that I have 2 kids?

    Sleep, man. Fucking sleeeeep.

But really, there is no such thing as a do nothing day. I’m lucky if I do nothing for 10 minutes.

  • Thanks! Ripley’s aquarium in Toronto.

  • Yep. Why I use Linux now. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  • Yeah this. The official devs took over. Why the delay happened in the first place.

  • For sure, I tell my patients there’s no right or wrong when it comes to the type of sound.

If a certain sounds works for you, use that sound!

  • My thoughts exactly. Been checking daily.

  • I’ve used it for years, love it!

    I’ve never had issues.

  • I actually use Bitwarden for passwords.

    KeePassium just for totp.

I like my passwords nice and separate from totp. Used to use Authy but wanted something open sourced and more ability to access my data.

If I used KeePassium for passwords too, I’d have two separate databases with different passwords/key files. One for totp and one for passwords.
