  • I use a keepass database with KeePassium (strongbox looks great too).

I keep the database in the cloud but it’s unlocked by a local keyfile on each device. So if it’s compromised they would need the keyfile.

KeePassium keeps a local copy and backups if you lose connection.

  • And are they going to have more storage for that?!?!?!?

  • I have this and find it fine 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can watch video streaming fine, browse fine, multiple family members.

Yeah fast would be nicer but I don’t really have issues.

  • Love it for libreoffice since getting auto update will likely take a decade.

Use it to upgrade work computers without me sitting there are watching.

  • Memmy added the ability to filter posts by keywords recently. Very useful ;)

  • I mean, the same devs are making Wayland so.

  • While they’re nice tones, I wouldn’t buy them just for masking tinnitus.

Hearing aids are expensive yes, but I’d only buy them to be hearing aids. The masking is a nice bonus feature.

Most research has found almost any sound can be an effective tinnitus masker. A lot of people that are bothered by tinnitus also have anxiety disorders and the calming tones are likely helping in other ways, like helping those people relax.

I fit hearing aids all day. Very rarely use the masker settings.

  • Not unless you have it too loud. You don’t need loud sound stimulation to help control tinnitus.

Sound masking is the general treatment for tinnitus.

  • I like calling it that. Whatever good Twitter had is dead imo. X is what it is.

  • In the beta you filter the instance from settings. You just type in the instance, not enter it.

    Same thing with filtering keywords.

  • Especially the version 1 beta updates need unstickied.

  • It’s not like you don’t know it’s beta software though. Installing TestFlight and adding Memmy involved many steps.

  • Unusable? Bit dramatic.

Maybe help and report issues on GitHub if not already done.
