  • 11 leaned Harris, 10 leaned Trump. And yet, 22 of them said Kamala won the debate, and only 2 of them (obviously "leans Trump") said Trump won.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/elections/interactive/2024/presidential-debate-voter-poll/?itid=hp-top-table-main_p001_f002

Participants were recruited from a spring survey conducted by The Post and the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. In the week before the debate, 12 said they would probably vote for Harris, 10 said they would probably vote for Trump, and three said they were unlikely to vote for either.

24 isn't a very large poll, but this is an outstanding result. I'm pretty sure 91.6% Kamala vs 8.4% Trump is outside statistical error even with such a small sample size.

Kamala did good tonight people. Its a celebration night. But the next weeks its our job as debate watchers to meme and fuck up the Republican talking points and pain-points in their discussions.

Remember the pain points: "I have a concept of a plan", "Tim and I are gun owners, no one is taking your guns away", and the fucking nonsense Donald Trump did to defend himself when he invited the literal fucking Taliban to Camp. David.

Not everyone saw the debate. And even those who have seen the debate will have selective memory and forget about these moments. Its our job as the audience to remind people what they're trying to hard to forget. That Donald Trump is a weak loser and Kamala put him in his place tonight.

  • Thank fucking God that Kamala knew she had to be the first person to bring up Fentanyl in the debate. It was a bit round-about, but she got there and made sure to make the first strike early.

Its not quite a policy platform, but it counts. She's recognized the importance of appearances on this very, very important matter.

Whether you agree with me or not, I think I can trust Kamala on it. I figured I should get back to you after I saw that moment in the debate early.

  • Maybe it is in the benefit of Harris given his rambling but I don’t know.

Its absolutely to the benefit of Harris.

All these comments were likely what was pushing Biden down and distracting Biden when Trump's mic was off. Now that the mic remains on, Trump is clearly the one trying to fuck up Kamala. But she's much quicker on the uptake and can judo-throw him off of her. The mic makes it obvious when Trump is attempting to distract.

  • That's not even a program and it certainly isn't a link to the DNC platform either.

    We don’t need catchy names.

Yes you do. This is fucking politics. Which is 99% about appearances. If you don't look like you're doing something, the sheep don't notice.

You have the fucking stupid mindset that loses elections.

  • Neocons have lost power to the Tea Party yo.

You're pretending like Paul Ryan didn't stand up to the Tea Part and get deposed. Or McCain get discredited as Trump rose up.

But sure, forget our political struggle at your own peril. You need us this election.

Two party system. The only real action Neocons have is to vote Republican or Democrat. Democrats are very much against our values (abortion, and historically Democrats were stupidly antiwar and this wouldn't have supported Ukraine. But I'm glad to see Democrats turn around on that. Etc. etc). But there's a lot of alignment now if you wish to take advantage.

Neocons are a subgroup of the Republican base you 100% should be trying to switch over. It's politically stupid to ignore this opportunity.

  • Believe me when I say this: Neocons actually have principles (even if you don't agree with them. Though I'm pretty sure you agree with America should be the shining beacon for the world / pro-food stamps / etc. etc. kind of conservatism).

The fact remains: it's the Neocons who wish for Trump to be defeated the most. The Republican party's march away from policy and the dangerous stint of radical isolationism has harmed Neocons.

It's the treasonous Libertarian techbros, racists and MAGAts who you want defeated.

And you should cater favor from the Neocons, who largely want USA to stay active abroad and gain strength through diplomacy and policy.

We both agree on Ukraine (even if we disagree on Israel), and we likely agree on Taiwan. We likely agree on global trade and USA protecting it as well.

  • The article points out that not a single fentanyl speaker was at the DNC.

So there currently is an appearance where it looks like Democrats don't care.

Saying that you're against the war on drugs in a decade where Fentanyl/ illegal drugs is the #2 killer after COVID-19 is a bad strategy that's all I'm pointing out.

  • The war on drugs only wasted shit loads of money to fuel the prison labor industry.

Sounds like we need to do it better.

For all the gun deaths liberals like to talk about, these newer drugs are more dangerous and are the #2 killer after COVID-19 (and now that vaccination is widespread, Fentanyl is probably #1 now).

This can very well become a Democrat / Liberal weakness if y'all let it faster. Some kind of acknowledgement or even policy to address this large scale killer of Americans is needed.

  • So you get a couple of new guys cycled in to be the bag men, and we do this again in five years to the same effect?

    Yup. Good enough for me.

Everything else you've got is pretty trash in terms of talking points. You're even contradicting your own earlier posts. Try being more consistent ideologically next time.

Why can’t we get Benny Johnson and Tim Pool for taking their money without being registered foreign agents?

The fuck is this whattaboutism for example? These guys aren't even related to the case discussed.

We have a list of 2800 influencers who have been caught up into some Russian disinformation campaign, about 20% of whom are American and thus have rights against being outted right now (at least, until further crimes are found plausible). I'd say this is a big deal. And further interaction with the money is banned.

  • We can't get the Russians because FBI is Police. The FBIs limits are inside of the USA.

But we can point out the specific entities/middlemen to ban them from financ moving forward. https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/jy2559

This announcement is that MOVING FORWARD, the listed entities are illegal to interact with. It was legal to send funds last week if you were a bank.

Or is this just shutting down some Internet domains and allowing the next batch of crooks to do this again?

Yeah. That's the police's job. Now the crooks have to start their infiltration all over again. Hopefully that delays this batch of propaganda till after the election. But it's tireless thankless work.

Now unless we send assassins into Russia or some other drastic action, we can't really stop this. It's foreign influence and Russia doesn't follow our Police requests to deport / send the criminals to the USA.

Now that you've proven yourself ignorant of American stuffs, please go through fuck away.

  • Then you are politically stupid.

The neocons losing power in the Republican Base represent a distinct advantage to your cause. Curry some temporary favor from the Neocons so that they elect Kamala this cycle.

That's all the Neocons want right now. For Trump to lose this year.

Politics isn't about the purity of your ideology, but instead about how many votes you can get. Each Neocon voting for Kamala is like gaining two votes: because they are the kind of people who would have otherwise solidly voted Republican this cycle.

  • Because you obviously are asking stupid questions that Americans already know the answer for.

For all the bullshit Europeans chastised me as an American for having an American centered viewpoints, we are talking about an American Police dealing with American Crimes in an efficient manner. And then we have someone in this discussion who doesn't even know the basics.

The least I expect of you is to at least pretend you have an American viewpoint of our police system and understand it (not necessarily agree with it). But if you want to ask dumb fucking questions all day imma call you out on your ignorance.

So which bank is being penalized for doing business with a Russian client operating under US sanctions?

The bank that obviously reported this suspicious behavior to the FBI and got these assholes caught.

What, are you pissed that these Russians got caught in this scheme or something? This is a celebration topic. We caught the bad guys and caught them quickly before the election.

  • Banks are required to have KYC (know your customer) rules and report things to the FBI. Which the FBI received the reports and have caught the criminals.

I'm convinced you aren't American at this point and don't have any understanding of how crime or police work around here.

  • Clearly not, or Russians wouldn’t be able to slide cash into the pockets of social media influencers so easily.

They didn't. They got caught by the FBI and now we have massive news articles proving Russian influence. They literally just got caught, despite their best efforts at hiding.

Now comes the hard work at figuring out which of these 2800 influencers are fucking traitors... and which ones were just caught up in the mess. But someone in there had to have known that Russian money was part of this scheme.

  • I think this is a bit of a Tempest in a Teapot.

My conservative friends are into Daily Wire and more than willing to sacrifice Tucker Carlson politically speaking.

If you want to harm Republican causes, you need to go for bigger fish than Tucker Carlson. He's really lose influence over the last couple of years.

Wake me up if we're back to talking Fox News, Daily Wire, NY Post, Drudge Report, Reason.com. you know, websites or media that actually have power in the right wing?
