My money is on them not returning him. They will either claim they can't find him, he's been moved to some other facility and they can't find him or there isn't any proof he's actually there at all.

Even taking his bullshit argument at face value, he thinks the best solution for these violent drug addicts is to leave them out of the street? Who is the audience here? If you literally think they are all violent, why is leaving them free to roam around the right solution?

That name of the building is the backstory I was referring to. That was a headnod to what was actually happening with Japanese investors moving in and buying up a lot of American real estate. I think that's when a Japanese group bought the Plaza hotel in NYC for example and when Sony bought a movie studio (renamed it Sony pictures, but I think it was CBS movie division).

Even if Trump removes every tariff a recession is almost certainly coming. Short to longer term planning, hiring, building, etc will certainly slow down and that kind of things is widespread. My experience with estates would be you'd need to file for an EIN for the estate and the loan would be a liability against the estate. So to close the estate out you'd need to clear out any liabilities and remaining capital or property given to beneficiaries.
