That's a great point, I've reached out to researchers a few times to ask about their research and they have all freely just shared the work with me.

Seems particularly bad for the average USA fast food diet. People in the USA love soda, fried food and processed meat.

It's countered by the fact, again, that Zohran cannot run for President. Bernie's Presidential runs have been a real and immediate danger to the status quo and Democratic party hierarchy, Zohran can motivate and organize but cannot be the face of a movement like Bernie by not being able to run.

The 3 branches of government in the US are supposed to be equal, but as the Congress and the Supreme Court are captured by the same party, Republicans, it allows there Republican President to do anything they want. There has always been varying degrees of this based on majority/minority roles in Congress or the Supreme Court but dialed up to 11 now with Trump. The Presidential office has been accumulating power since the days of FDR and WW2, sped up during Nixon and Vietnam, sped up again during Reagan, sped up again during W. Bush and 9/11, and now it just off the charts.

That's exactly my point, since he can't run for President, even if he's governor of NY he's still not really a threat to the power structure of the country, even Senator. He'd be Bernie 2.0 but unable to run for President. Not saying he wouldn't be influencing politics but it's a massive card off the table if he can't run himself.

Timing wise odds are he'll be in NYC long enough for Chuck to be replaced by someone else for 40 years. Kirstin seems firmly in her seat, so I'd say he's most likely Governor after mayor, just a moonshot guess.

Yeah but he can't elevate nationally and that really limits his splash. If the right wing media keep hyping him up that increases his profile but ultimately he's still only the mayor, even if it is NYC, he's not eligible to run for President and that's where the real danger would be.

So you're looking at him maybe turning into Bernie 2.0 is he became a Senator but without the ability to run for President.

Sounds like the beginnings of a future civil war if those states actually follow through. It sounds like the right move though, I hope a bunch of blue states follow up on this!

NYC Mayor is his top track, he wasn't born in the USA so that should limit his exposure nationally. He's a convenient strawman for the right so I'd say that keeps him safe but there are guns everywhere so who really knows.

I'd say tax them something like 50% of fair market rent each month it's empty.

Didn't Biden deport over 4 million without needing gestapo tactics? It's clear that even the deportations aren't really the main goal, it's fear and repression of the population.

And it's being reported that Trump is even deporting people at a lower rate compared to Biden, which is very telling when you consider how little attention this was getting with Biden.

The Alters has been insanely fun the last week or so. Pretty interesting science fiction space survival, resource gathering, base building. Some of the mechanics around quantum computing is quite unique.

It's worth diving into what they are classifying in this influencers group. They even point out that some of it offers helpful and genuine support. But it sounds like they would even consider a men's therapy or coaching business in this group, or even something like that Mankind Project. I am just guessing but that kind of group is a world away from the typical toxic manosphere stereotype.

The survey only involved like 950 people and it only defined it as, "the rich" which seems pretty vague. Given the survey also mentions Bezos and Musk it wouldn't surprise me if that is the group having too much on this survey, not humble millionaires like you and me.

Everyone should go check out The Alters, it is a pretty weird game but a lot of fun with a great story and atmosphere. It's a space survival, resource/building, race against incoming death game.

Posturing is what Iran does. They've done that at least since the early 90s. But US intelligence services have repeatedly come to the conclusion that Iran is not ramping up production, at least based on the briefs even from a few months ago earlier this year.
