Just read Project Hail Mary

  • I read this about a year ago and I loved it. I had watched The Martian before but had never read the book. It encouraged me to read the book. I loved it as well.

  • I would love to switch to matrix. But discord has a lotnof features matrix doesn't even the half baked Linux client supports. But the bigger problem would be convincing my friends to move over.

  • No I just logged onto the different instances and manually copied over my content, I have only one community that so far isn't very active that I run so that was easy to move over as well. I'm sure its a roadmap feature, but who knows what the development road for lemmy is going to be now.

  • I never had a problem when I was younger, but as I get older (I'm not even that old) it gets harder. Not REALLY hard or anything, but having to pause to remember how old I am sometimes makes me feel a bit slow.
