  • Sync! It was great but now I gotta buy it all over again which is kinda a bummer.

  • I feel like as long as your home instance can keep alive with donations then it will scale well. If your home instance starts needing a subscription or shows ads you could always migrate elsewhere. (But that's a pain I have already done that)

  • I would one time pay for this, but a subscription feels meh.

  • Probably because their macro software doesn't support other OSes. Bummer!

  • Dang these are cool widgets!

  • I found kids were a good catalyst for meeting people. Go to parks with then talk with parents. Do free kid activities at local libraries/art galleries/science centers and you are pretty much going to have to talk to other parents. If you go to things regularly then eventually you will see other regulars and the connection will grow. Our local rec center has kid activity times where a lot of other parents meet.

  • This is the kind of thing In love for.

  • Damn I like this a lot. Gruvbox is my favourite colour scheme.

  • This is great! Keep it up!

  • Maybe, no idea. I use Sway for my daily driver.

  • I have been playing the first season of Diablo 4 and it's been fun, not because of Diablo but because it's what my friends are doing.

  • Make it a dodecahedron scheme and I'm in!

  • For now I am using connect for lemmy. Which is great! And grown in Canada.

  • I use a virtualbox vm for work. Linux desktop runs a windows VM with Windows 10 and all my work stuff on it. I love it, its been very reliable. Its mostly simple though, it doesn't need to be super speedy, just needs to house my orgs mandatory vpn and av so I can connect to my work stuff.

  • Thanks for all your work here! I hope our community keeps growing.

  • Anytime someone asks me with help picking out a laptop I say that Lenovo will be great and so far I haven't been wrong.

  • I just recently finished it and really enjoyed it. The second book was slow but it laid the groundwork for the 3rd being great.
