  • Sea of Thieves really is something. It's gorgeous, it's fun, it has a relatively simple game loop that's very satisfying to do but can get up there in complexity, and can be super chill with the fishing and cooking stuff.

Edit: when I played, I was a solo slooper, so I mainly stuck to the volcano area and just took on all the Captain's Voyages I could get at a time. Those things just dump money on you.

  • Mods, I feel like this post should be removed for the incredibly biased and sensationalized body text.

I highly doubt anyone in a position of power is saying publically that victims of CSAM should be reclassified as "minor sex workers" or whatever the fuck you're talking about. You really do a good job of making yourself sound dumb and crazy, just like the MAGAts in the rest of the US.

Are you telling on yourself, OP?

  • Nice.

People are such fucking chodes, they feel the need to steal little pieces of paper with value placed on them by children.

Obviously, I know the wider issue is capitalism and governments being shitty to their citizens, but I still can't help but cringe at stories like these.

  • There's a reason why Bricks & Minifigs is getting more and more popular. There are only so many official Lego stores around the country, they're only really found in major cities like LA or Las Vegas, so it's nice to have something for the rest of the country where you can go and find hard-to-find sets and PAB stuff.

  • Yeah, there's still the fact they didn't even let him celebrate a birthday until he started going to that school, because they were scared of him.

Remember the times Harry pulls out his wand at home? Remember how freaked out they were when he does? Or even the fact that he (unwittingly) blew up his step-aunt and refused to change her back (even if he knew how, I doubt he would). They only start giving him leniency when they realize that he could literally change their entire reality with a thought.

  • I've been to Arkansas many times as I live just across the state line.

There's fucking nothing in the entire goddamn state, even in the state capital Little Rock. It's gorgeous land, they don't call it "The Natural State" for nothing, and I've found some cool shops when I've gone looking; but there's just no infrastructure of any kind aside from decent roads.

  • You mean HBO's Chernobyl?

The moment they look over the railing into the very mouth of God itself gives me chills. The sound of the nuclear fire blasting and spewing out all the smoke and radiation.

  • I should've been more clear in my original comment. Like create a main story and everything, but then you can also include the AI to create stories and quests on top of those that would already be in the game.

  • I feel like if AI is gonna be used in games in the future, they should implement it in the opposite way. Use it to make different stories and characters to populate a world someone actually created.

The Mantella mod for Skyrim is what I'd want out of AI video games in the future. That thing is kind of a beast imo, as you can use it to generate completely brand new stories and quests. This General Sam video where he plays through Skyrim with the mod, talking to any and all animals he comes across, really makes it feel like an entirely new type of game. I mean, he goes into a bear den after some town guards killed a different one, convinced one of the cave bears to follow him to town to get revenge for killing it, and even had a conversation with the bear over which healing spell "felt" better.

  • I initially got it for the story lol. Well, I think it was on Games With Gold a few years back and that's how I got it.

Either way I enjoyed the story for what it was, trying to bridge the gap between OT and ST, and thought it didn't do a terrible job at it.

  • This is a solid game for how cheap it goes on sale regularly. I mean it's pretty old now, but still.

Multiplayer can be fun, but there are a lot of bots. The Galactic Conquest mode (the Clone War one that's more like the classic BF games) can kinda drag for a really long time in some matches, but it's still pretty fun to jump in and start blasting.
