I'm an oddball for Lemmy, I'm not a dev and I don't use Linux.

The laptop is on Starlink, so the data usage would be noticed. It is a good idea.

When I connect to wifi, it's correct and I'm located in NY. The IP in the About Phone tab matches the address in Miami

I should add, I just installed Android 15 a few days ago and this the first time I've been off wifi since then. Prior to that I had no issues.

Yeah, Geolocation.com says I'm in Miami.
