  • Asparagus lightly stir fried with butter, garlic & lemon please chef. And a croissant.

  • Youtube is your friend here I think. Zillions of handyman channels.

  • Got a big lunch planned for this afternoon, so a little breakfast would be just the ticket. Peanut butter and jam sammo please, with coffee.

  • Speaking from personal experience, as someone that got glasses relatively late in life, be very very careful going up and down stairs. Getting glasses really fucked over my proprioception, and several near disasters later I still find I have to take my glasses off to tackle stairs.
I also found that my naked sight deteriorated very fast after I got glasses. Fewer headaches though.

  • Yes. Have been for aaages. Tin cans are submarines.

  • You still can. Just be careful.

  • Just a feeling in my bones. Don't get these often but I've learned to listen. Stay safe everyone.

  • Calibri is great for spreadsheets - I use it for excel shit. The numbers are beautiful. The font I haaaate is Bodoni.

  • 28/29 next weekend. Last gasp of summer I reckon.

  • Did not make it back home before the rain. Washing now in dryer - boo.

  • Bacharach is less known that he used to be. And still underrated. I like his work too.

  • Gorgeous flowers! Happy Birthday.

  • Um, I was thinking of tubes of toothpaste. When you change the topography of the outside layer by squeezing, the inside volume goes down. The difference here is that the shape of the bottle springs back which does not happen with toothpaste.
