  • "Good news kids! You are being adopted by my shitty, invasive LLM! You won't need real parents or a home because you will each have your own virtual 'mom' who can you give shallow encouragement and inaccurate, hallucinated data. And all you need to do to keep your new moms alive alive is do data entry drudge work for 20 hours a day to feed them!"

  • Hopefully Revolt (a Fediverse alternative to Discord) continues to improve and can completely take the place of Discord relatively soon.

Edit: it might only be FOSS, not federated. Still a promising project though.

  • As a parent I can confirm this is true. Lots of AI slop. But probably even more weird, random, quick-fire meme shorts. Although those two categories are rapidly bleeding together into one massive clusterfuck.

My oldest frequently says "gen alpha is so cooked!" due to all the meme and AI slop. Which considering he is gen alpha is both insightful and disturbing.

  • So this kid gets expelled for posting a screenshot of a conversation others had.

But many conservatives adamantly block gun controls of any kind, and they aren't interested in increasing/improving mental health services.

Tennessee, and large parts of the rest of the country, are totally fucked in the head when it comes to gun violence in schools.

  • What an I missing here... Alito recused himself from this request. And Gorsuch(!) and Thomas(!!!) were part of five justices who dissented to the decision and wanted to hear the case. How did 3 justices manage to dismiss it when 5 justices wanted to hear the case? Its it different from the simple majority when it comes to hearing a case rather than deciding on a case?

  • Does this discovery also explain their one shared brain cell situation?

  • Ah yes, the notorious supervillain Cancer Dog, whose main power is casting 'pervert cancer' on his opponents.

🎶 Cancer Dog, Cancer Dog, leaves you in a pervert cancer fog! 🎶

  • For those who don't know: Lower-grade, steady lead poisoning stunts emotional and intellectual development. So it results in reactionary people with limited critical thinking skills and resentment towards science and academia.

  • Who would have thought that gutting the technical expertise of the company would lead to such vulnerabilities. 🤔

Ohh right... everyone with more than a few brain cells!

  • EPA now stands for Environmental Persecution Agency.

  • They're not in Europe, so they should have never been eligible to participate.

  • They need all that Medicaid funding to help the legion of soon-to-be obese leopards.

  • So the guy who swims in raw sewage, eats road kill, and had a brain worm is lecturing on health concerns.

If he was saying "learn from my mistakes!" that would be one thing. But no, he's going off on some things (vaccines, and fluoride in water) based on deeply-flawed conspiracy theories and in spite of the fact that there is a lot of good science and evidence refuting said conspiracies.

The food colorings and pesticides points are reasonable. But he's mixing some legit concerns with complete bullshit ones.

  • Doesn't this clown supposedly have a law degree from Yale? And a poli-sci degree too? How the fuck do you have those two degrees from American universities without understanding a high school level concept like the branches of the US government? Were they just handing out degrees to him like candy on Halloween?

  • And when a bunch of the people slated for relocation can't move because of family/finance obligations... "Oh dear, I guess we'll have to let you go and replace you with one of the maga fanatics who signed up back in 2024 to work for the federal government!"

This is so obviously an exercise in packing government agencies/departments with loyalists. Professional expertise or competence be damned.
