The people doing the calls are overwhelmingly impoverished,
not always, but even in the cases where it is like that, these scumbags know what they're doing, they know they're trying to steal from people through fraud. Several of my family members with dementia were scammed repeatedly by the same scammers
you know what else? scammers share information about their victims with other scammers, usually through facebook groups, whatapp and/or telegram
and when they're first setting up RD on the victim's PC, they set up several of them, including ConnectWise.

almost all the cartoons on kids WB, cartoon network, Fox Kids and even 1 saturday morning and 1 afternoon back in those days. there's endless amounts of wholesome stuff in those cartoons that would never fly in a kids show today.
now the content made for kids is full of brain rotting garbage that teaches horrible lessons
centralizing control is bad. It gives less freedom and autonomy to the common man.
A citizen of a country in the EU votes for their parliment or congress or whatever to decide things, but then the EU parliment can just override whatever your elected officals decide. Doesn't that piss you off? Imagine an entire continent being an HOA neighborhood. Where the HOA gets to dictate everything you do with your own house that they don't own, don't pay bills for and don't maintain for you... and that's a metaphor for the EU
I wouldn't just get rid of the EU if I had my way, I'd de-centralize as much authority as possible down to every town being a self governing local community.
But with a constituion of rights that are always off the table for any debate.
Full bodily autonomy, free speech, gun ownership, right to privacy, right to remain silent, right to a fair trial with legal representation..competent legal represenation that won't pressure you into admitting anything...basically a set of rights that allow you to do what you want with your own things and your own land
If you have a problem with gun ownership. You won't once you've had to deal with someone invading your home. What? you think calling the police is going to stop a home invader from hurting you?

Traffic is a fucking nightmare between where I live and my workplace, parking is even worse. I have to have a truck with all wheel drive and 4x4. (It's pretty neat, I can lock and unlock the differential whenever I want.) to be able to get around during the wetter and colder seasons. that's not compatible with the parking spaces at my work
yes and when that source is there, everyone who downloads it gets it for free and that's bad!
then the new people who have it can help others get it for free and that's also bad!
proton VPN, mullvad VPN, iVPN...and even shitty Torguard's proxy service can be helpful...not the VPN though, their VPN is fast, but it leaks and even when they're shown that it leaks they'll tell you it isn't happening just because you used a tester they didn't know about...which is why you shouldn't use those...they allow you to safely download things without paying...that would be bad!
don't connect through proxies based in countries where it's legal to do that either! that would be even worse to do!
