The second one is somewhat debatable, depending on who you consider the adversary. I don't think our propaganda is placing the blame solely on Ukraine. Rather it claims the collective west/NATO is responsible

I can understand why internet dwelling lead-huffers would think that - for reasons you have just listed. But it certainly seems like the people pushing the buttons and giving orders - Borell here for example - think the same. It's frightening. Surely he and his have better information? Surely they know just how bad things will be?

Boo hoo, they'll either jump ship to some cushy job in NATO apparatus, or retire completely. I am annoyed by the usage of "Czar" for no apparent reason other than to create negative connotations. These same people would call the likes of Truss or Harris "queen" and see no issue. But a foreign politician? A foreign politician who doesn't now to Wall Street to boot? Quick, grab some term that would make hin sound spooky and dictatorial!
