  • What is it with Nazis and giants tanks?

  • Thought it was real for a second

  • TBF, our media did put out a few questionable ads in the past. I.e the one about a "Gay at home" and the one with a gay couple adopting a kid. Both have proved somewhat scandalous, at least among the more western-oriented strata. This could be the kind of tone-deaf crap our taxes pay for.

Or it could be the work of ЦИПСО, aka the Ukrainian psy ops agency.

  • Seeing how the only way to tackle this requires a complete overhaul of the system, Europe is kind of screwed, isn't it?

  • Has he kept any of his promises? I remember seeing a couple of yank buddies be very haughty about how he totally did stuff, back when he took office, but haven't paid much attention since

  • The "eat the rich" slogan seems to have been fully co-opted by the capitalists, hasn't it

  • Have to wonder if the DNR authorities have a plan or anything for evacuation of civilians. If there's a way to get them out of the line of fire.

  • He's just bargaining. Once they settle on a deal, he'll do a 180 and wholeheartedly support it

  • Don't worry, they probably think of you as "one of the good ones".

    Probably.

  • Do you have examples? I'm genuinely curious, never heard about DPRK's film industry

  • Open reddit

r/Pics: "Protest against genocide in front of Russian embassy"

    Close reddit. What a dump.

  • No wonder I haven’t seen him in any american movies recently.

Couldn't that be due to age?

  • Just wanted to point that it was not my intention when asking the original question. Otherwise I understand you

  • Well I "insinuated that Egypt's agriculture degenerated" due to remembering Egypt getting invaded by colonial forces several times. Plus AFAIK they had quite a turmoil during the "Arab Spring" wave a few years back. Surely such events don't help local economy?

  • Was it supposed to convince them to westernise or something?

  • There's something I don't understand and hope the fine people of GZD could help me understand:

That whole chunk of what is annoyingly called "middle East" used to be what is called the "green crescent". The area with excellent agriculture, dating back millenia. However, this and some other articles I've seen say Egypt is a massive importer of wheat. How come? Did the climate change so much since the days of the Pharaohs that the Nile valley can no longer support a population? Did the population simply grow beyond the river's ability to feed it? Did wars and colonial conquests destroy too much?

    What happened?
