  • You aren't stealing it. You aren't charging fees that you know are unfair.

They are appreciating your work, and want you to have some of the joy that you have brought them. You deserve every penny of that money, and deserve the joy that is intended to come with it.

  • Seems silly to me.

I can understand being disappointed when your favorite team loses. I can understand being really upset when the team YOU PLAY FOR loses. I don't understand getting pissed at people you'll never meet because they didn't play a game for your entertainment well enough.

  • I'm going to play devil's advocate here, because I think survival could play a bigger part than morals.

Now, if they've both always been assholes and rise to power together, that's totally different, they're just monsters.

If you really believed that your partner had the best intentions, and you were surprised when they became a malevolent dictator, you may not approve and be disgusted by what they are doing, but what do you think is going to happen when you ask the dictator for a divorce? The one person who knows more about them than anyone else isn't going to just get half the furniture and an apartment down the road.

  • I can't say it's impossible but, I highly doubt that the CIA and FBI are secretly pulling any strings in government.

Might as well try blaming it on the DMV or Social Security office.

No point in blaming government departments (which are typically just thousands of people trying to do the job they were hired to do) when we already have evidence of what the Heritage Foundation and Putin are doing to influence the orange toolshed.

  • Yeah. Heard so much about Elden Ring, and watched the kids play it, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

After about 45 minutes of wandering aimlessly and nearly as many deaths, I decided I wasn't having a good time.
