As long as there's no collusion it should generally even out with random purchases. Unless you constantly buy the same order every day that ends in 3 cents and rounds up you might pay like $5 more every year.
It is also stupid because life expectancy is not equivalent to life quality.
Just because people live to 90 now instead of 80 doesn't mean they can actually do anything significant for those 10 years, they could be bed ridden or house bound and kept alive only because they are taking 30 pills a day. It isn't living, it's staying alive. Retirement shouldn't be tied to that.
Embassy staff are basically political targets, not ethnic ones, but people will read it that way because anything against Israelis is being anti-jew not anti-israel.
For things like language, math, and science you could probably have an AI teacher on individualized tablets or something that go at each child's own pace in a classroom setting that's just supervised by someone and can provide extra help / tech support when the AI goes on the fritz.
Then regular recess/lunch shenanigans and gym class, art, music, for the social aspect.
The AI could even be programmed to do team projects where you link your tablet with 4 others and they all help the group do a project
Eventually when AI advances and isn't complete dog shit, that is.
Start a gambling ring around whether or not teachers do specific things during the day that you don't like. Then maybe they will ban the teachers from ever doing those things.
"10:1 odds that Mr. Peters gives extra homework on Tuesday afternoon!"
There are already a bunch of companies who got $10,000+ tarriffs bills for products they ordered months before tarriffs were intoruced, before Trump was even in office.
Why would they order more stuff for the tarriffs to come back In 4 months and fuck them over again?
As well, why would you when you can just hunker down for 4 years and wait for the next administration to get rid of the tariffs? They already have millions and billions invested outside of the country. Why spend that much again for a potentially short term problem?
We should require more training and certification to get a vehicle license than we do for getting a PAL in my opinion. It's more deadly and you use it a hell of a lot more, so why is there so little requirements to getting and keeping a license or buying a vehicle you aren't able to drive?
There should almost be a separate drivers license class for these giant Ford, Chevy, and Dodge trucks compared to little passenger cars
BC is getting rid of one of their driving road tests because there's too much demand and not enough people to do the testing. So, the solution is to just let everyone have a license with less training apparently.
It's probably doubling as a tax payer funded vacation
