If income is taxed at 100%, then money no longer needs to exist since.. well you never really see it. The tax is spent on everything. Okami is native on PC, so I'm curious, why not run that? This is coming from someone who does a lot of emulation but I've never seen the need to emulate when a native port was the option. Even bad ports I find are often better because of community made mods that fix a lot of issues. Its possible I havent found the worst port though.
Simplest is to use syncthing and just sync everything to your phone but this won't cover a lot of your use cases and is probably best for a one user experience.
Lidarr for new music + a subsonic server such as gonic will cover a lot of what you need. The idea is to find and download music(lidarr+dl client) and run your own streaming server(gonic or other implementations). On mobile you use an app which supports the subsonic protocol (such as substreamer or tempo) too listen. You can also just use jellyfin server + it's client, but AFAIK, the music experience is not as good.

I also haven't seen any of those youtuber sponsored -95% off deals other VPN providers have. Proton's pricing isn't exactly cheap which signals they do sell it at actual market rate instead of offering a cheap service which may or may not be subsidized by selling your data.
Maybe handheld gaming PCs aren't something that has mass market appeal? It feels like theres so many variables that depend on it. Exclusives? Price? Ease of use? Brand recognition? Advertising? Im glad Valve is happy with deck's sales numbers becuase it means we will probably keep seeing more support for it and newer models down the line. It still feels like if Microsoft launched a handheld xbox, it would probably still be a console first experience without traditional PC functionality and probably sell more while directly competing with switch 2. Definitely will be interesting to see how handheld PC pan out in the next 5 years, right now it feels like a slowly emerging market.
