  • "Even your dead are on our side" both goes so fucking hard, and immediately outs you as the BBEG in the situation.

Cause you don't drop that without the formerly dead starting to saunter in and grab a bite to eat.

  • Did you try the powder or the liquid?

I have much better results with the liquid additives, and have managed to stay off sugary drinks outside of the occasional treat. Also have gotten a better value out of store brand than Mio. Normally a bit cheaper for a bigger bottle.

  • LEGO biology is weird. Most of them don't even have ears.

And then you have Bionicle, which is LEGO and biology!

ETA: For those who don't know.

A quick summary: Guy behind Bionicle dealt with morning sickness as a side-effect from his medication. To help cope with it, he imagined the medicine as little warriors, going into his body to fight the cancer. The reason they had capsules was inspired by the pill bottle!

  • I dig Jane because there's also another tie there.

John and Jane Doe, typically used when there's no personal identification.

Though I also feel like we're losing something because of the medium. Is it "Gene" like genie or "Jawn" like Jeanne?

I live in the rural South, it could genuinely go either way in my head, though I lean towards "Jawn" for the better flow from "John".

EDIT: Okay, I cannot decide which makes more sense as a pronunciation guide, if you've played Bayonetta, you've heard it pronounced.

  • General ease of identification. Going from "John" to "Jean" is an easier logical leap of "this is the same person" than "John" to "Sarah".

Of course, when dealing with a well known character with an easy to recognise overall design, it's kinda weird, but visual and mental recognition are in general.

  • More like 12 hours away.

Never had a better cheesesteak than that little hole-in-the-wall shop in a small town in West Virginia. Grumpy ass old man who ran the place, but he ran it right.
