Sucks for you guys. They caused nothing but trouble when they were still federated with Blahaj.

After so many of us complained about how they were being dicks and many on the instance weren't feeling comfortable, hexbear decided to defederate from us first since they somehow said it wasn't safe for their LGBT members to be on it.

Funny enough a few days later a new account started posting across different lemmy instances for days about how the Blahaj instance was anti trans and that the admin was too. Our Admin is openly trans :/

The whole argument started because the user said everything had to be political and wouldn't stop insulting others who said they didn't want to have every post on Blahaj to turn political.

It was just too perfect timing how a few days after hexbear defedarated for somehow saying the pro LGBT instance was anti-LGBT, that we got a brand new account attacking trans members while sayin they were anti-trans.

Enjoy your new people.

I think they fixed the line and added the correct info now. That quote was from the article. Since the title says "new trek" I'm guessing they meant discovery/SNW/Picard as the trek the picked Foundation over to direct.

Ratchet & Clank Going Commando. I've spent countless hours in that game over the last 20 years. I still keep a PS3 in my room to have the HD trilogy available whenever I want to play. Really wish it would be remastered to run on the current systems.

You gotta keep your subscription active to play those games.

At least Xbox let you always keep the Xbox 360 games that were on free each month until they canceled that earlier this year.

My hatred for CenturyLink is only 2nd to what Suddenlink put my family through. It took an FCC complaint against Suddenlink for them to come fix our phone lines/Internet/security system that were all down for a full month before they actually came to fix it. They had to actually reply to the FCC complaint within 10 days.

I only made that complaint after a Suddenlink worker said that there wasn't an outage like we had thought for the last 3 weeks. They then said the automated message that stated "your location has an outage" was fake and just what they were using to stop people from calling.

We worked from home and had to rely on mobile hotspots. Was all during covid so it was even harder for going out to have a safe place to work.

Oh wow I gotta catch up to the current seasons. That was one of the best scenes I've seen from the show yet.

I came across that post last night right when you two were still talking. I immediately thought it was that person from before and then kept scrolling down further to see more of it.

Still seems weird that you could get banned from lemmy.world when you weren't even on that instance. That felt like the admin was overstepping.

I just downloaded the 2nd audiobook and plan to start tomorrow. This series is really nice. The narrator is one of my favorite after hearing him narrate Project Hail Mary.

That explains why I saw a bunch of them commenting on a few random posts over the last few days. Randomly a comment had a reply from a hexbear account and then over a dozen replies in a comment chain of mostly just hexbear users.

I thought it was just luck that they all saw each other to meme together, but them having a community for posting comment links makes sense.

Now I want a new LegoYoda community on Lemmy. I miss the reddit one before it got banned.

That was one of my first Xbox 360 games as a kid. Good memories of playing it online and loving how the movement and abilities are.

You should try and keep the sponsorblock patch added. You can just have it show a "skip" button on the sponsored ads in the videos and it'll skip past it all. It's a pretty useful thing to have. You get to also see the different marked spots on the scroll bar.

Well a fast tutorial I can give is this.

1. Disable/remove updates for the default YouTube app
2. Download revanced from this site https://revanced.app/
3. Install revanced app and update anything necessary.
4. Download the recommended YouTube APK which is 18.23.35. Here is a link I used to get the APK. https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/youtube/youtube-18-23-35-release/
5. Once that's installed, go to the revanced app and go to the "patcher" menu.
6. Click "select an application" button and then click the "Storage" button you see on the bottom. Then find the youtube APK that you downloaded and click it.
7. You can now select the patches you'd want the app to have. You could just select "default" to have it patch the 52 or 57 things that most people care to change.
8. Now just click the patch button and it'll hopefully not fail.

I think I noticed that if a commenter deleted their comment then the total comments would go down by 1. On a post with only one comment that also got deleted, it made it show as -1 comments.

The other replier is right. I have the same issue every few months and all I have to do is download the recommended YouTube APK & reinstall revanced with the default patches.

Had this issue again 3 days ago and it fixed it. Just be sure you are patching the APK you downloaded and not the original YouTube app. That caused the patching to fail the first few times till I noticed.
