I not only want a degoogled version but also a secure one. Sadly developing a secure android is rather hard. The Graphene team does it pretty well. Others try it too, but sadly they are not close.
It is such a superior experience compared to Minecraft.
How so? It certainly cant compete in the mods category, can it? As far as I recall Minetest had multiple "Minecraft clones" each differing in completion and differing in support for further mods. Has that improved?

Missing crossplay really sucks. I theoretically have an enthusiastic squad ... too bad one player only has a PlayStation while me and the other person have PCs.
Had a similiar issue but with an external hard drive and a bluetooth mouse. When the drive was idle everything was fine, but when IO was happening the pointer got really laggy. Anyway I've added some distance between the bluetooth receiver and the drive cable.
