  • Well the issue is they gave the actual trophy to Trump in March. It has been sitting in the Whitehouse since. Even if Trump lied about asking when they were coming to pick it up, the Whitehouse isn't someplace you just leave an object for a little while. First I imagine the secret service would want to review the device wasn't bugged being in the oval office... Second you can't just drop by to pick something up from there easily. Scheduling all that shit would be more annoyance than just making 2 up front probably.

Note: Trump did remove historical artifacts sent by Israel from the White House and move them to Mar-A-Lago, so I don't believe that this will end up in the National Archives like the article stated, it will end up as his property.

  • For real, anything sent from a company email is owned by the company. Not that a company usually has time to go through such shit but they can if they need/want to. It's usually very easy to do and can be done without the worker ever knowing.

  • Most people usually aim them to cover corner to corner, then the wind blows from any direction and it goes further onto sidewalks. Then there are the ones (usually owned by the neighborhood or city in my experience) that water the sidewalks and roads and manage to only hit 15% of the grass.

  • Errr. Why am I paying more tax on groceries here then?

I was confused because I never lived in a state that charged tax on groceries till now, but why would this say 4.. what's the rest from

Edit: so it's strange.. Gallon of milk from Kroger 2.99, adds 20 cents sales tax. That's 7%. So an extra 3% from local sales tax.

That means that even if they drop this 4% TN local taxes might still be on groceries. So the lowest according to this chart would be 2% on food, and highest 2.75%.
