  • Oh thank you for this! I could only find the Gallery with the search.

  • Do you have some further reading on the active exploit of Genshin Impact's anti-cheat?

  • I'm getting "The server returned this error: couldnt_find_post." - what was the comment about?

  • Yes, KDE Plasma is a DE which is not supported by Linux Mint anymore. So I had to switch distros too.

  • Great post, I especially enjoyed reading the comments on the different distros you've tried. I totally agree with the statement that (almost) everything can be done with Linux.

I am using Linux Mint because it was the first distro I've found that would get my weird WiFi on my old Laptop to work and so I ended up using it on my main machine as well. But I've recently looked around for something new. Not that I'm not happy with Mint, just out of curiosity. Been eying KDE Plasma for a while but not sure if I want to give up the convenience of knowing Mint quite well. And I had to switch distro cause Mint isn't supporting KDE natively anymore. Or maybe I should just play around with some new themes for a fresh look :).

  • Yes. It's like "let's not pursue new ideas, it's too risky. Let's repeat what worked once" - like in the movie industry as well. It's boring and uninspired.

  • Same for me. But then a friend played like an hour together with me, showed me the ropes and I haven't stopped playing since. Not all the time, but like one playthrough a month or so.

  • Oh wow, that really fixed it. That's a huge win, great job Lutris!

  • Flathub has been updated by now.

  • Yes I've been running it like that too but sadly many games don't work with the EA App at all. Just by a glance at the official forums one finds lots of threads complaining about it, asking how to keep using Origin instead and the like. Respectively on Steam, same complaints. I'm having the "you don't own this game" issue with Mass Effect 3 since June now and there is no fix. And I own it of course. Been playing Multiplayer for years now. I was just hoping that with the integration to Lutris some of the issues might get addressed.

  • Lutris also serves as one place for all your games. That can be quite convenient if you have games on many different accounts/services.

  • Wow, this is BIG. Especially the export option. You rock!
