  • They will garnish your wages. As a service member you don't have the same rights in court. If parentage is established, the military just starts sending a chunk of your paycheck to the custodial parent.

  • I'd be happy with 1.1x, 1.2x revenue. They would loose our on development costs too. The only thing not recouped is any gain in brand recognition etc. Make them send a message to all of their customers, and take ads out informing the public how they broke the law, misled them etc.

  • Honestly, I prefer this. An older car for dealing with shit in the sticks where I live, something easily maintained that will last forever (no battery fatigue). Then park it and use transit into the city.

    I live near SF and when I go into the city (rarely) I take BART. I do not want to drive in the city

  • That's what happens when you do it yourself. You notice the flaws more.

    I spent months redoing my bathroom. I moved a wall, re-routed plumbing installed a new tub, and tiled. So much tiling. I ripped some out I was so pissed at how it went in. I still see every spot that I didn't like.

    After that experience I went into the bathroom at my work and looked at the tiling in there. The tiles directly in front of the unrinal I've been peeing in for 6+years. They were way worse than some of the stuff I was fussing over, and I never noticed.

    Give yourself credit for finishing the fucking job. Learn to not make the same mistakes, and go out and make new mistakes to learn from.

  • No. Definitely tastier. At least the fruit part. There is a different part that is more fleshy that is less tasty. It's used as a pulled pork substitute in vegan dishes.
