I paid for AMdroid because I can set profiles, Geo fence, have math problems to turn off alarms, fade in music, turn on my flashlight... All the bells and whistles. I would love a FOSS version, but many try to be single feature. I like all the things.

Honestly if they jailed Pelosi I wouldn't cry. As long as it's true, don't pick and choose, throw em all in jail. I'm rooting for Menendez to wear some orange. Still want Trump to see time.

Calling them an apologist is maybe more appropriate in this context. They are not actually making a tankie argument (one involving force), just spouting low level propaganda (I do not know or care how accurate).

Require every student to do 100 hours of community service every time one of these things happen, or they don't graduate.

I didn't use it before USB drives cause we usually used laplink to transfer big file collections...

I was using briefcase in 2001 or so. You probably could have used it with a zip drive or superdisk before that. But

I hated floppies. I lost so much data on them. They were very unreliable. I actually lost an internship because a floppy failed when I was trying to use it. Rather than blaming the person who was stupid enough to rely on a floppy as the SOLE location of that info, they blamed me. It held AutoCAD drawings that were going in and out of a machine shop. I'm still bitter.

I used this all the time with a portable drive in college. I could work on my personal computer (not a laptop), then finish working in the school computer lab and print stuff out.

You also probably hated the computer slant bricks too, or at least refused to use them on the outside of your spaceship... How boring.

Ignoring the butchery, it's a pretty generic action movie. Very forgettable. Adding what they did to the source material makes it a straight tragedy.

Also, a lot of the machine vision systems I've run up against use red light, but it is kind of complex. If they want to detect say blood, I think blue light would actually give better contrast for detection.

I think I may have long COVID or something... I got COVID in November, recovered, then caught a cold in January and have been sick since. I just want to be healthy. Why do the stupidest among us have to fuck everything up?
